We will do our very best to make your finished product look as good or better than those shown on this site, and if we make a mistake we will do our very best to correct that mistake in a timely fashion.  However we understand that there may be a need to cancel or change your order, by placing an order you agree to our return/exchange policy.

It is an understood goal to process and begin painting your order as fast as possible to ensure that you receive your order in a timely fashion.  For this reason there is a very small time frame in which you can cancel or change your order after it is submitted.

Orders cannot be cancelled and perhaps not even changed after work has begun.   If your order has not been started, and you would like to cancel your order, we will be happy to give a 100% refund.  Please see below for refund payments and processing times.

All sales are final on personalized items. If we have made an error in your order please notify us by within 5 days so that we may correct or replace your item. 

1800AIRBRUSH.COM is not responsible for misspellings, wrong choice of size or color, or quantities when order is placed.  If you place and order and you receive it, and it is misspelled do to error on your part, we will repaint the item on the exact same style and size of garment, for 1/2 of the original cost. 

Our artists and designers will always do their best to arrange your design colors in a way that results in an attractive product, however, because it is a matter of opinion, disliking the final color arrangement is not grounds for a refund or exchange.

Variations in color, lettering, and slight design differences are not defects.  Each item we produce is a custom hand painted item and is therefore an unique item and you should expect to see variations from the designs shown on this site to the actual one you receive.  There will be differences with each item. 

Refund Methods:

Cash

If you paid for your order in cash, you will receive a cash refund. It may take up to 3 Business Days to process your refund and provide you with the cash, if your refund amount is over $150.00  This is because large amounts of cash taken in are routinely deposited in a safe throughout the day.  This process can take several days for the cash to hit our bank and return the store for refunding.  Cash refunds under $150.00 will be done same day requested as long as its within 5 days of the original purchase date, and work has not been started on the order.

Charge

If you paid for your order with a credit or debit card, you will receive a credit on that same card as long as your refund is requested within 5 days of the original order and work has not begun.  Credit card refunds typically take 2-3 business days to process but could take upto 2 weeks to process.  We have little to no control over this time frame as there are multiple third parties involved all of which have their own time tables for completeing such transactions.

Checks

We do not accept personal checks at this time.

Money Orders

If you paid with your order with a Money Order or Cashiers Check, the refund will be processed as if it were cash, and Cash refund rules apply.

1800AIRBRUSH.COM is confident that you will be very satisfied with the quality of the products that you receive from us.  Each item is hand painted by our professional artist, with that said, we do not stock pre-painted airbrushed merchandise and each product is custom painted to order.

Because each item is hand painted, minor color variations, texture changes and characteristics may be seen in the product that you receive. Color variations are the most noticable because of the differences in computer monitors and the way that they show color.  Please be aware that we do our best to make sure that the designs posted on the site, look as close as possible in color to the finished product however different monitors will show different colors with different intensity.  If you are unsure of the designs colors or would like to make sure that a specific part of a design is a specific color, please ask or notify us at time of check out.  These variations are not a material defect, but rather evidence that you have purchased a real, handcrafted product.
